I just want to say THANK YOU!!! I taught high school math for 12 years in a 6-on-7 evens/odds schedule, then took 3 years off to raise my son. Now I'm going back to a 4x4 Block schedule, and, upon googling how to teach in a block schedule came across your blog. I really appreciate all the strategies and sample class structure. I also want to thank you for sharing your video on Split Ends. I cannot wait to put this into motion this fall, and make it work for me at my new school!
